I could say so many things about our Legendary Luke but I don't think I have that much space 
My life changed for the better when I met Luke his Energy laugh & passion for life is so infectious, I find him to be very passionate with everything he sets out to achieve Wether it be Coaching group fitness sessions or showcasing our mindset classes so we are properly informed on living our best lives.
Luke never gives up on finding new ways to help us. I am always amazed by his ability to be positive and have fun doing what he does in his everyday life for himself and others all the time, Luke helps to keep my positivity alive even when I feel down he lifts me straight back up.
